This policy covers buying the FlowForged Suite from FlowForged Analytics LLC. It is part of our Terms of Service.
The private beta
The suite is in a private beta right now. The beta is free, there is nothing to pay, and access is by invitation. The rest of this policy applies once the suite goes on sale.
What you buy
A subscription to the FlowForged Suite: a license to every paid indicator in the suite, and every update we release while your subscription is active. The license is tied to the NinjaTrader Machine ID you enter at checkout. Free tools are free and not part of any sale.
Prices and payment
Two plans are offered: monthly, at $79 a month, and annual, at $708 a year (the same as $59 a month). Prices are in US dollars and are shown again at checkout before you pay; any tax that applies is added there. Payment is taken by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Automatic renewal
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or yearly depending on your plan, and the card on file is charged the plan’s price at that time, until you cancel. If the price of your plan changes, we will email you before the new price applies to your subscription, so you can cancel first if you wish.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time, with no fee and no questions. Click Manage Billing on your purchase confirmation page to open the Stripe customer portal and cancel there, or email [email protected] from the address you bought with and we will cancel it for you the same day. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then the license does not renew.
Refunds
Because the suite is software you download and activate right away, all payments are final and we do not give refunds, including for the unused part of a billing period, for a renewal charged before you cancelled, or for an annual plan cancelled part-way through. Use the free beta and the free tools to try our work before you buy. Two exceptions: if you were charged twice or charged in error, we will refund the mistaken charge; and nothing in this policy takes away a right to a refund that the consumer law where you live gives you.
Delivery and activation
After payment, the confirmation page gives you the download, and your license activates for the Machine ID you entered. If you entered the wrong Machine ID, or later move to a new computer, email us and we will move the license at no charge.
Failed payments and disputes
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe will try the card again. If it still cannot be paid, the subscription ends, and the license with it, until a new subscription starts. If you think a charge is wrong, please email us first; we can usually fix it the same day. We may suspend the license while a payment dispute with your bank is open.
